Good morning, Woolfians,

This is slightly off-topic, but I know many of you are interested in the
afterlives of anti-war literature. Roxana Robinson's wonderful new novel, *
Sparta*, tells the story of an Iraq war veteran with PTSD & has some
interesting faint resonances with *Mrs. Dalloway*.

I reviewed it for *Open Letters Monthly*. You can read my review here:
http://www.openlettersmonthly.com/sparta-iraq/ & it's been very widely
reviewed elsewhere, too.

All best,

Anne
