[Vwoolf] Banner Week

I'm not at all sure the most troubling material on this site is the article
on Hornby. Do the sexist and ragingly misogynistic "editor's picks"
featured alongside trouble nobody else? Though troubled, I am unable to
register and thereby comment-some combination of technical details forbids
it-so I hope others will join Mark in ridiculing the ridiculous here. I
need to go yawn . . .

Subject: [Vwoolf] Banner Week

Good morning,

It's been a banner week for Woolf bashing. Nick Hornby claims to have read
Mrs. Dalloway for the first time just recently and decides that Woolf's a
snob, and the second article includes a photo of Woolf with the caption,
"Snob: Virginia Woolf."
