Each week. I’ll send out an email with important details and announcements. Next week is week 1, as per the schedule below, we do not have lab.

Experiment Notes-Refer to the window notes and gather sheets for additional details.

Information pertaining to each experiment running during the upcoming week will be listed here.

Other Important Information

Monday, August 25th
The prep lab will be open on Monday, but we do not expect you to work. If you would like to work to get a few hours in, please drop by.

Check the Schedule on Teams
Please check your schedule on Teams and let me know of any mistakes.

Training & Orientation Items

  *   If you have not completed all your online training and orientation modules, please complete those ASAP.
  *
If you have outstanding in-person training, please get that completed on Monday or during your scheduled shifts this week.
  *   If you have completed all training and not yet submitted your orange sheet, please drop it into the “COMPLETED FORMS” bin on the gather sheet cabinet.
  *
If you took the Fire Extinguisher Training module earlier in the year and could not click “request” to get an updated certificate, please try again. EHS should have reset your training.


Submit Timesheets

Please submit your timesheets from the prior week no later than noon on Monday. Delayed submissions may result in delayed pay. If you need help with your timesheet, please see the guidebook or chat with anyone on the prep lab team (staff or students).
