[Prep Lab Students] School Starts Next Week!

Hi Everyone,

Classes begin on Tuesday, August 26th. We will also begin our fall schedule on Tuesday August 26th. This means that we DO NOT expect you to come in on Monday the 25th. You are welcome to drop by if you want hours; we have some 1101 lab kits to build.

Training & Orientation:

If you have not completed all of your online training and orientation modules, please complete those ASAP.

If you have outstanding in-person training, please get that completed during your scheduled shifts next week.

If you have completed all training and not yet submitted your orange sheet, please drop it into the “COMPLETED FORMS” bin on the gather sheet cabinet.

Communication with the Lab Supervisors: We had a question about how to communicate with the lab supervisors for a non-emergency. If a student needs the lab supervisors for a non-emergent issue, they should be given a lab supervisor business card and directed back to their TA. Emergent issues should be brought to the lab supervisors' attention via the walkie-talkie in the window.

Keyth: If you have not yet tried your BuckID on Keyth, please do so. I want to be sure everyone is able to access the keys needed before classes start. Once you’ve proven your BuckID works, please initial the roster next to Keyth.
