[Preplabstudents] Lab Support Window (231/331 CE) Phones

Hi All,

This is important, so I’m sending it as a separate email.

We got new phones in 231 and 331 last week. These have touchscreen keypads. Please also note that as of right now, the screen goes to sleep after a period of inactivity. Tapping the screen wakes the phone up and you should be able to use it immediately.

Additionally, the location of these phones is not properly mapped yet. When calling 911 you may be sent to somewhere other than OSU. If you are, please tell the dispatcher that you need to be routed to Ohio State’s call center.
