Hello Physics Faculty, Staff and Students,

If you do not use eTimesheet, or do not supervise bi-weekly employees/students workers, please disregard this message.

During these unique and challenging times, please remember to submit your Bi-Weekly eTime/eLeave requests. Supervisors please make sure requests are approved, so employees are paid on time.

* Bi-Weekly Paid Employees & Students should: Submit hours worked for each week before leaving on the last day of that work week or by 10:00 am on Monday.

Any employee that needs assistance with back-up eTime entry should be contacting ASC Physics HR<mailto:ASC-physics-hr at osu.edu> to review ASAP.

* Supervisors should: Approve timesheets each week by 2:00 pm so your employees get paid on time.

Any supervisor that needs assistance with back-up approval should contact Jean Ball<mailto:balljg at physics.osu.edu> to review ASAP.
