Donations of Equipment

   Dear all,

    Thank you for your willingness to donate critical medical supplies.  We are now working on the logistics of collecting the materials.  General flow will be as follows:


  *   PIs should provide a description of the equipment (what it is, any general description that can help identify it, for example color of box),  what room it can be found in, and a description of where it is in the room. Please be as descriptive as possible.  Also, let us know about any hazards in the room that should be avoided.  Please email this to Ruth who will collect the information in a document.
  *   Mark and Phil will collect these materials over the next couple of days.  They will document what has been donated so we have a record.
  *   Phil will then deliver these to the Ackerman Road drop off location, probably Monday.


  Individuals that I have heard from are listed below.  Some provided detailed descriptions, others did not.  I am asking all of them to send the description above to Ruth.  If others have materials they can contribute, please send the information to Ruth.
