<li class="">PIs should provide a description of the equipment (what it is, any general description that can help identify it, for example color of box), what room it can be found in, and a description of where it is in the room. Please be as descriptive as
possible. Also, let us know about any hazards in the room that should be avoided. Please email this to Ruth who will collect the information in a document.</li><li class="">Mark and Phil will collect these materials over the next couple of days. They will document what has been donated so we have a record. </li><li class="">Phil will then deliver these to the Ackerman Road drop off location, probably Monday. </li></ul>
