Greetings everyone!!!

Jen and I just received the attached form from OHR and we would request that you share with your chairs, supervisors and staff members that are requesting telework plans.  If you have not already submitted a telework request to Jen or Peggy and are planning to do so, please use the attached form to send to us through docu-sign (ASC Admin and NMS employees - route to Peggy and A&H and SBS employees - route to Jen).  Please do not change any of the dates on the form.

If you have already submitted a telework plan and it has been approved, we will be working with you to fill out the attached form for the approved employees.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.
