Reminders: Mid-Year Touchbase, Career RoadMap & Report=Support

Hello Physics Supervisors,

A couple of personnel and training reminders:


1.     Please take the time to meet with the members of your team and review their performance and don't forget to provide some positive feedback. Attached is the mid-year review form. Although this is not a required document, it is an excellent coaching opportunity. Bonus: It may interest you to know the Department of Economics at the University of Warwick<http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/newsandevents/pressreleases/new_study_shows/> found that happy workers are 12 percent more productive than the average worker, and unhappy workers are 10 percent less productive.


2.     Career RoadMap review period ends Nov.8. Webinar is available Listen to the recorded session.<https://e.osu.edu/eoa/aDuVW7VsQA/hood.252@osu.edu/>. In addition, ASC has open office hours tomorrow scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, Oct. 25 at University Hall.



3.     Please complete mandatory sexual misconduct prevention  education and check to make sure that your team members have completed as well. Note: it is a yearly learning requirement, please check if you need to complete!
