[ALERT] Steam Outage Complete - Systems Responding Properly

This message serves as the "all clear" declaration for work related to the steam outage.

Since last update, a pair of control valves were identified as the hold up to achieving full flow of steam.

These have now been remedied and all control system responses are performing properly and as expected.

Some minor variation and drift will likely persist for a few more hours as individual room thermostat values get reached and then settle out.

Labs are encouraged to resume normal operations as they deem appropriate to their needs.

The Department expresses thanks to all occupants for their patience during this four-day outage and to all the contractor and FOD teams for their efforts.
