The 2019 USAC Staff Benefits & Wellness Expo will be held at the Ohio Union in the Archie M. Griffin Ballroom on tomorrow, March 19, 2019 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.. Wellness themed break- out sessions, in collaboration with several different wellness professionals across campus, will be offered as well from 10:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.! Join over 2,000 of your fellow Ohio State employees searching for information on health and wellness and benefits.

Mastering Meal Planning For The Family

Meal planning takes care of the "What's for dinner" question for the whole week instead of asking it every night! There are many benefits to meal planning for your family. By learning how to plan and prep weekly meals, you can control your portions, save time and avoid eating hidden calories. In addition, family meals eaten at home tend to be less expensive and more balanced in nutrition. Come learn simple tips for fast, fun and family-friendly meals.

Beyond The Gym

Never step foot inside a gym again! Learn strategies to get effective and high quality physical activity and exercise outside of a traditional fitness facility. This session will include some light activity done with body weight.

Find Your Happy

With onset of spring it can be helpful to gain a fresh perspective and bring s in some happiness after the lull from the cold winter. Learn some useful skills for gratitude and optimism to help you embrace the good in life and sustain your new positive attitude.


Be a Better Speaker with Toastmaster Tips



Would you like to speak with more confidence and less nervousness? Use these simple strategies and tips in impromptu speaking, presentations, and interviews. Led by members of Toastmasters International at OSU (Facebook: Toastmasters International at OSU).


Rape Aggression Defense Introduction Class



Rape Aggression Defense is a nationally recognized women's self-defense program taught by OSUPD. Participants will receive information and hands on techniques during this introductory course.
