Town Hall Meeting

   Dear all,

    This afternoon we held a Town Hall meeting to discuss issues related to previous investigations in the Department.  I want to start by thanking our guests, Kellie Brennan and Scott Burlingame, for joining us and providing important insights from their positions at the university.  I would also like to thank Prof. Johnston-Halperin for moderating the discussion.

     I was extremely pleased with the level of discussion and everyone's professional manner.  Thank you! The high level of civil discourse raises my optimism for the future.  It is through these types of discussions that we are going to move the department forward.

    On a personal level, I left the meeting feeling that I also gained a better insight for where there are concerns. There are items for me to contemplate.  I have never claimed to have all the answers, but I promise to seek answers with the intention of improving the department.
