Campus Campaign

The annual Campus Campaign (internal fund raising effort) of OSU is close to the finish.  As the campaign ambassador for Physics, I would challenge you to consider making a contribution to one of the thousands of funds around campus that make a difference in the lives of others, including faculty, staff and students and also those outside the OSU community.  There are numerous funds for medical research, scientific research, scholarships, grants to faculty and staff for professional development, etc.  You can support your passion with as little as a $5.00 one-time donation or $1.00 per pay period.  Of course you aren't limited to the minimum.

I personally have donated to Alzheimer's research because that is the disease that controlled the life of my dad for over 10 years before his death.  I also donate to WOSU (I love masterpiece theatre) and the chair's discretionary fund which funds things like the picnic we all enjoyed yesterday.  We all have a passion - the combined gifts of members of the OSU community can and DO make a difference.
