[ALERT] May 1st Next Triannual Maintenance Shutdown - Notice 1 of 3

Triannual planned maintenance on the PRB's lab-side and office-side air handler units and exhaust fans will be conducted by FOD on Wednesday, May 1st, 2019.

Occupants are reminded that air flows and other air-related building processes will be impacted throughout the day as maintenance is done.

Maintenance and/or repairs may also be done on other building systems not listed that are considered non-impacting to occupants.

Maintenance is scheduled to start at 7:00 AM and is planned to be completed by no later than 3:00 PM.

Please take planned action to prepare for this event.

For long range planning purposes, the dates for Triannual Preventive Maintenance Activities for calendar year 2019 are as follows:

Outage 1 - 2019: January 3 - Thursday - Done

Outage 2 - 2019: May 1 - Wednesday - Announced

Outage 3 - 2019: September 4 - Wednesday - Planned
