[NEWS] External Liquid Nitrogen Tank has small leak - Linde technician coming Monday

Occupants passing by the large liquid nitrogen storage tank (dewar) outside at the southwest corner of the PRB may notice a small vapor leak directly under the tank.

The leak has been reported to the tank owner Linde Corporation who plans to have a repair technician on site on Monday.

Occupants may notice a large frost ball on the vaporizer immediately adjacent to the tank.  This is a normal condition and not related to the small leak under the liquid tank.

No pressure decay or other end user impacts have been noted.

No service interruptions are currently foreseen to either gas supply or liquid supply via the portable tank filling station.

If a service interruption is needed additional announcements and coordination will take place.
