Update: (resolved) Significant email delays continuing since 10:56AM today

We've just been given the all-clear. OCIO says that the problem which was preventing mail from being delivered to/from off-campus has been resolved. Mail is flowing correctly now. Mail sent earlier in the day has been delivered.

The University Email Service is currently experiencing significant delays in email delivery. This affects inbound emails, as well as outbound emails, to/from addresses that are not @osu.edu (including to BuckeyeMail). Emails that are forwarded from an @osu.edu address to another email service are also not being delivered at this time. Delivery problems began around 10:56AM today. Updates may be found at the OCIO System Status page, https://osuitsm.service-now.com/selfservice/system_status.do.
