BI-Weekly eTimesheet/eLeave Due Today: Monday, December 29, 2014

Hello Physics Faculty, Staff and Students,

If you do not use eTimesheet, do not supervise bi-weekly employees/students or do not approve bi-weekly eTimesheets/eLeave, please disregard this message.

Please submit your Pay Period 14 Bi-Weekly eTime/eLeave requests by 10:00 AM TODAY. Supervisors please make sure requests are approved by 12:00 PM, noon so employees are paid.

*         Employees should: Submit hours worked for each week before leaving on the last day of that work week or before 10:00 am on Monday morning.

Any employee that needs assistance with back-up eTime entry should be contacting ASC Physics HR, ASC-physics-hr at osu.edu<mailto:ASC-physics-hr at osu.edu> to review ASAP.



*         Supervisors should: Approve timesheets each week by 12:00, noon Monday so your employees get paid on time.

Any supervisor that needs assistance with back-up approval should contact Jean Ball<mailto:balljg at physics.osu.edu?subject=Timesheet%20Approval%20Help%20Needed> or Steve Baker<mailto:baker.440 at osu.edu?subject=Timesheet%20Approval%20Help%20Needed> to review ASAP.

Please note holidays below and office closures. Students should not submit time for hours worked on holidays, unless pre-approved and commented on by supervisor and Physics HR Office.


*         Wednesday, December 24th - Christmas Eve, offices closed

*         Thursday, December 25th - Christmas Day, offices closed

*         Thursday, January 1st - New Year's Day, offices closed

If students were not working during this time, but will return this week or next, they are asked to submit zero hour timesheets, which also require approval.
