Caution Using PRB Loading Zone

Hi everyone,

Today, I received a parking citation after a CampusParc employee observed my car sitting in the PRB loading zone for 22 minutes.  I was working in my lab prior to lunch when this occurred.

I know that many graduate students (like myself) use the loading zone to stop in for work, especially on weeknights and weekends.  I also know, like you, that no work in physics can be done within the 15 minute window CampusParc is enforcing.

I would advise everyone to be cautious parking in the loading zone because more than one citation was given out today.

P.S. I appealed my citation and I asked CampusParc to let me know if they plan on continuing this enforcement.  I'll pass information along if they tell me anything.
