There is coffee available in the front office

So if we're going to have a public discussion about what to do with 
excess amounts of food or beverages, then I for one would like to state 
my appreciation for those who notify 'physics-grad' (or some superset) 
about leftovers that would otherwise be wasted.  This applies especially 
to the front desk and the PGSC.

The bottom line: organizers often have so much food or coffee leftover 
from events that good food/beverages/caffeine WILL be thrown away.  If 
you have leftovers and you don't know what to do with them, DO NOT 
HESITATE to post to 'physics-grad', at least.  The load on everyone's 
inbox is minimal.
