Events in the PRB this week

Folks,

There is a lot happening in the PRB this week, not just students studying for finals!


1)       Bucks for Charity Drive continues through December 14.  If you wish to participate, please turn your pledge forms in to Shelley Palmer, Trisch Longbrake, Lisa Colarosa, Ashley Geiger or Arnay Tate.  Our Ice cream social was very successful last week - we reached 50% of our goal with 14 participants. 2)      Welcome for Mallory Aliff and KJ Jackson - Popcorn and rootbeer floats - 2:00 PM in the Vernier Commons

3)      Bucks for Charity - Pizza and bake sale - Wednesday December 12 in the Vernier Commons - noon - 1:30 pm - You can participate in various ways:

a.      Bring baked goods to be sold to your fellow colleagues

b.      Come to the sale and purchase pizza and/or baked goods (a little birdie told me that ice cream and toppings may also be on the menu!)

c.      Vote for your favorite charity with your purchase of pizza and baked goods

d.      Turn in your pledge form

4)      PSAC (Physics Staff Advisory Committee) Holiday Potluck - Thursday December 13 in the Vernier Commons - noon - 1:30 pm - Bring a dish to share and join your colleagues in a little "We survived the first semester - Happy Holidays Potluck."

5)      Department of Chemistry Holiday Party set up will invade the Atrium on Friday December 14.  They are always good neighbors, but there will be extra folks in our space setting up decorations, tables, etc.
