[ALERT] Triannual Preventive Maintenance Complet

Today's triannual PM work is now complete.

Building systems are back online and normal operating conditions have resumed.

The Department expresses thanks to the FOD maintenance teams for their efforts.

For long range planning purposes, the dates for Triannual Preventive Maintenance Activities for calendar year 2023 are as follows:

Outage 1 - 2023: January 4 - Wednesday - Done

Outage 2 - 2023: May 3 - Wednesday - Done

Outage 3 - 2023: September 6 - Wednesday - Planned

Special Reminder: As previously announced, a 4-day air handler outage and building closure is planned for July 27-30 for recoating of air handler interiors.

Occupants with general purpose needs will not be able to enter the building during this closure.

Occupants with special research or administrative needs can contact a member of the facility team to arrange access accommodations if needed.
