Hi all,

Please see the reminder below from the Business Service Center about prepaid airfare for business travel. Spend authorizations (SA#) must be fully approved in Workday before airfare can be purchased.

If you have questions about this, please let me know or attend the Travel Office Hours session that Bob Concitis and Liz Rascon are hosting on Thursday, April 6th at 2pm. The OSU Travel office has contacted the BSC concerning the increase of prepaid airfare being purchased prior to the spend authorization (SA#) being fully approved in Workday.  As a reminder per the OSU Travel policy no prepaid airfare with CTP can be purchased until the SA# is fully approved and the SA# is in “Approved” status.  Please communicate this to travelers in your area.  Thank you for the assistance!
