<p class="x_MsoNormal">The OSU Travel office has contacted the BSC concerning the increase of prepaid airfare being purchased prior to the spend authorization (SA#) being fully approved in Workday. As a reminder per the OSU Travel policy no prepaid airfare
with CTP can be purchased until the SA# is fully approved and the SA# is in “Approved” status. Please communicate this to travelers in your area. Thank you for the assistance!</p>
