[ALERT] Tri-Annual Maintenance Partial Completion - Reschedule AHU-2

FOD reports that difficulties in replacement of primary bearings of fan motors within Air handler 1 took much longer than anticipated.

Because of these difficulties, Air Handler 2 did not get serviced and will be rescheduled for another day in the near future. (target for early next week)

Corresponding announcements will be made once a specific date is known.

All other maintenance activities planned for the day was completed and systems are returning to normal operating parameters.

The Department expresses thanks to the FOD maintenance teams for their efforts today and offers apologies to occupants for the need of a second shutdown that will follow.

For long range planning purposes, the 2022 triannual maintenance dates are as follows:

Outage 1 - 2022: January 5 - Wednesday - Done

Outage 2 - 2022: May 4 - Wednesday - Done

Outage 3 - 2022: September 7 - Wednesday - Partially Done - will Reschedule Air Handler 2 for TBD date (north labs impacted)
