Dean Melnyk will be presenting her recent published findings on nurses' health across the U.S. and providing key strategies to optimize nurses' health, well-being and joy.

Brought to you by Buckeye Wellness, this exciting team competition sends groups of four on an adventure through the Lincoln Tower Park to face challenges based on the Nine Dimensions of Wellness. Use teamwork and problem-solving skills to complete each wellness station. Team captains should register the entire team by May 14 for a start time between 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Share your love of wellness and inspire your colleagues! Ohio State's Buckeye Wellness Innovators program seeks faculty and staff for its June 2018 class. You will receive training, tips, suggestions and opportunities to attend special events. If you are a faculty or staff member and want to promote health and wellness activities and initiatives in your campus unit, plus get to know innovators from across campus, plan to attend the orientation on June 4 from 1-5 p.m.

Buckeye Wellness is proud to offer all staff and faculty members free fitness classes held at main campus and University Hospital East. We have certified instructors in Zumba, STRONG by Zumba, LaBlast, and yoga fitness classes who hold classes throughout the week. We also hold weekly Wellness Walks on Wednesdays at The Ross and a cardio club, Buckeyes on the Move, at Fred Beekman Park.
