[NEWS] Domestic Cold Water Service Interruption - Service Temporarily Restored - Final Repair Pending Parts

[Physics facility information]

An unplanned outage to domestic cold water service was required to repair a piping failure in the system earlier this morning.

During this outage occupants would have observed water supply interruptions at drinking fountains, restrooms, lab sinks, and kitchenettes sinks.

FOD has installed a temporary solution while repair parts are being gathered and will have a second brief service interruption when the new parts are installed.

No further messaging is foreseen for this activity.
