[OACRAO] Exception to Registration Requests - Late Withdrawals

Good morning.

Our institution has a process for students regarding late course withdraw requests, due to documented extenuating circumstances.
Do you have what may be called a petition for exception to registration, or exception to registration request, petition for exception to the withdraw policy form or a request for exception form?
If so, are students able to request just one or some of their courses or must they request all courses be withdrawn for the term?

Additional questions:

Deadlines to submit the request?
What criteria must be met to be able to submit the request for review?
For requests that are denied, are students able to appeal?
