[OACRAO] Assessment

I'm sending this out again because didn't receive any responses.  I'm really curious what or if you are tracking any processing your department does.

We've been charged with looking at the CAS Standards and beginning to assess our Student Service areas.  I'm struggling with what to track in our office because it actually slows down processing to track how long it takes to process.

Here was my original inquiry:

My registrar friends the topic for today's question is Assessment.


1.       For the Records and Registration office what do you track to assess the performance of your office?



2.       Do you do any surveys?  If so, to what group and how often?
