[OACRAO] EXT: Graduation-related fees

We do not charge a fee for graduation, late or otherwise. Commencement is before final grades are due. We allow them to apply to graduate until midnight of the last day of the term. We will make a card (announcement at the ceremony) for a student if they show up at check-in. I subscribe to ‘it’s a party not a binding contract that the student will graduate, so it isn’t worth the argument’ theory. Especially in the age of social media.
