[OACRAO] Latin honors and residency

Our requirement is 50 credit hours from Ashland University.  We do
calculate based upon the semester prior to the commencement ceremony but
award and post on transcript and diploma based upon total semesters
particularly including the last one.  Some will gain honors and a few might
lose honors.
