[OACRAO] A Couple of questions from Kettering College

We do provide a letter that verifies the completion of graduation
requirements, but our letter would not state that they have graduated until
they have met their outstanding obligation and their degree is posted.

We keep all "pre-computer/archived grade reports" permanently.
