[OACRAO] Awarding credit for developmental courses

Ohio Wesleyan has begun offering ESL courses as developmental courses. The
courses do count toward full-time enrollment status, but do not count
toward graduation. Do any of you (esp. anyone using Power Campus) have
experience with these types of offerings and if so, what credit type do you
use or recommend?
