Sue:
Feel free to call me but, yes I literally count days and multiply the days
by seated hours for seated courses. Hybrid and on-line need to demonstrate
how the required hours are achieved. We added in a fall break as well but
it did extend the calendar a bit. We also state we are a 14-week calendar
but it takes us 16 weeks (includes finals) to get the hours. For the most
part, we hit the hour requirement before finals but there are some
combinations that I need finals week to hit the hour requirement. This
year, I did have to increase Monday only classes because even with finals,
these course would not meet for enough seat time.
My direct line is 419.448.2092.
