[OACRAO] Residency or other requirments for readmitted students

Our residency requirement states that students must complete 36 of the 
last 43 hours in residence. If a readmit wished to transfer in more than 
7 hours to complete, they would need to take 36 additional hours or 
request an exception from our Academic Standards Committee. If all or 
most of the prior credits were in residence, a reasonable exception 
would likely be granted.
