[OACRAO] Residency or other requirments for readmitted students

Good afternoon,

What is your residency policy (if any) for readmitted students if they are readmitted with transfer work that completely satisfies their degree requirements?  In today's strange case, our readmitted student had already fulfilled her major requirements and residency requirements before withdrawing two years ago.  We got her file today from admissions and after I transfer in her outstanding general education coursework she'll have nothing left to take.
Has anyone out there ever encountered a similar situation?  If so, did you just graduate the student or what?
