[OACRAO] Graduation Application Policy

Hi Janet,



We open up our graduation application in April for students who plan to
graduate in January, May or August of the following year and we have a
deadline of September 20th. After September 20th, applicants are charged a
$25 late fee. We cut off the application about a month before each
graduation date, but we do allow students to apply after that date if there
are extenuating circumstances.

Does your institution have a strict deadline for applying to graduate?  How
far in advance must they apply?   Is there a fee charged for late
applicants?  Are exceptions made?  Can a student appeal?



We are looking at instituting a new policy and would appreciate your
