[Mvapich] Announcing the release of MVAPICH-Plus 5.0.1

The MVAPICH team is pleased to announce the release of MVAPICH-Plus 5.0.1.

The new MVAPICH-Plus series is an advanced version of the MVAPICH MPI library.  It is targeted to support unified MVAPICH2-GDR and
MVAPICH2-X features. It is also targeted to provide optimized support
for modern platforms (CPU, GPU, and interconnects) for HPC, AI
(training and inference), Big Data and Data Science applications.

The major features and enhancements available in MVAPICH-Plus 5.0.1
are as follows:

* Features and Enhancements (since 5.0.0)
    - Added ZFP support for ROCM 7 and CUDA 13
    - Added optimized blocking send/recv path for UCX netmod
    - Improved tuning for MPI_Bcast, MPI_Allgather, and MPI_Allreduce

* Bug Fixes (since 5.0.0)
    - Fixed possible memory leaks when using MPI_THREAD_MULTIPLE
    - Fixed intermittent hang in GPU Alreduce
    - Fixed support for node-locality and MPI_Comm_split_type with
      MPI_COMM_TYPE_SHARED
