I just learned about a prestigious award for graduate students from outside or whose parents are from another countru. It’s the 2025 The Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowships for New Americans<https://www.pdsoros.org/>, deadline Oct 31 2024. It is aimed at AY25-26.
