Prevalence, Predictors and Coping Strategies and Food Insecurity
in College Students from a Midwestern University

Students,

You are being asked to participate in research and complete a survey because you are an undergraduate student at The Ohio State University (OSU) Marion Campus.  The survey asks questions about your food security status, strategies you use to manage your food situation, and demographic information.  The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and is accessible through Carmen/Canvas.

Please review the materials contained in the module titled 'Prevalence, Predictors and Coping Strategies and Food Insecurity in College Students from a Midwestern University' in our courses Carmen/Canvas site.  Read the 'Study Overview' first.  You will then be directed to the 'Informed Consent.'  The Informed Consent provides details about the study and a link to the study survey, for those who wish to participate. Please note, participation in the study is strictly voluntary.

All answers, including the demographics questions, are optional.  Please do not take the survey more than once.  You will have until April 23, 2018 to complete the survey.
