[Intl_DxMedPhys] Your "Use of Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) radiology profiles"?

I'm curious to know how, if at all, clinical imaging physicists use or interact with IHE Radiology Profiles at your institutions.
As a program director for a CAMPEP-accredited imaging residency, I try to faithfully meet all the CAMPEP standards, one of which lists under Informatics, "Use of Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) radiology profiles". At my institution/enterprise, I would describe myself as heavily involved in the informatics landscape for more than a decade, but with the rare exception of one individual, I've literally never heard of IHE Radiology Profiles mentioned. However, I go to AAPM meetings and IHE-RO is so high profile as to get a badge ribbon.
When I dutifully check the IHE Radiology wiki and discuss it/IT (pun-intended) with residents, I see that some profiles are actively being worked on, so it isn't defunct. My conjecture about why it is a residency standard for imaging physicists is:
1.
When the standard was written a decade-or-more ago, it really was something that physicists were involved with, but healthcare/radiology informatics has grown so much that it requires its own specialization now owned elsewhere (e.g., SIIM and CIIP).
2.
The radiation therapy program's CAMPEP Informatics IHE-RO standard was written, and then it was copy-pasted to imaging and just assumed that IHE Radiology Profiles was as big a thing for imaging physicists.
Or, are all you imaging physicists out there actively involved in IHE Radiology Profiles at your institutions and I'm missing out?
Best,
Josh
