[Intl_DxMedPhys] ACR Annual Evaluation Timing

I had a site contact me about their physicist report being rejected by the ACR due to timing.  They received the below notification on the ACR Portal. The last evaluation date was 6/18/25 so it is beyond the 9-month range.

I was curious because ACR had extended the phantom image date range to 14-months and I would have expected the annual evaluation to be in that same time frame.  It’s not a big deal to re-evaluate this close to the annual but I cannot find anything on the ACR website regarding the 9-month time window.  Does anyone have a source or citation for this 9-month window?
