[Intl_DxMedPhys] ACR phantom weird images

Hi, I had a similar issue once with a Siemens scanner where the slice
thickness would not change regardless of the setting I applied.
The facility contacted Siemens and they recommended changing the* inline
filter *in service mode.
The issue was fixed immediately after.
Hopefully, this will work for you.
