[Intl_DxMedPhys] Location of GE log file in SW MR30.1

FYI: I learned that the log file is now encrypted (or non-ASCII format
might be more accurate) on this software version. It can be converted to
the traditional ASCII format but requires a specific service license level
for the correct permissions to run the conversion script. Contact me
offline if you want more details. You can still view the log file via the
log viewer as has been the case for many years on GE MRI systems, but this
doesn't allow for any text searches or exporting offline.
