[Intl_DxMedPhys] Looking for manual for Adult Female ATOM Dosimetry Phantom [EXTERNAL]

Thanks for checking Da. I have those documents but am looking for the table in the manual (foolscap/legal-sized paper) that has the drawings of the dosimeter hole locations for each phantom slice. I have attached an image of the equivalent table for the male adult phantom as an example.

I am wondering if anyone might have the user manual for the CIRS ATOM Dosimetry Phantom Model 702 (Adult Female). I am looking for the table “Coordinates of Organ Centers” that appears in this manual (it appears on page 3 in the male version).
(We have misplaced our copy and haven’t received a reply from the manufacturer.)
