Hi all,
This is just another bump on the workshop that is coming up. I know many are interested, but we need more speakers! Even if you have ideas but aren't quite there on an abstract, we may be able to fit you in. If you have any questions, please let me know. Abstracts are due on Friday!
Anything MP or AU related would be appreciated (doesn't have to be strictly HP)...we all want to hear from end users who have dealt with clinical trials, lessons learned, clinical background, etc.
Best,
Michael
The Health Physics Society is pleased to announce the upcoming virtual workshop, "Alpha-Emitters: from Production to Clinical Use", sponsored by the Medical Health Physics Section, February 18-19, 2026.
This topical workshop is organized to provide a platform for all aspects of medical health physics related to alpha-emitter use, including radionuclide production methods, developmental chemistry, preclinical/translational research, clinical trials, operational health physics issues, and waste management. Radionuclides of special interest include Ac-225, At-211, Pb-212, Bi-213, Ra-223, as well as any promising novel alpha-emitters. Submitted abstracts will be organized into relevant topical sessions, along with several panel sessions incorporating experts in the field.
