[Intl_DxMedPhys] Spring Clinical Meeting session topic proposals

Just a nudge from the program side of the Spring Clinical Meeting that the request for proposals system is open through August 27th for next year’s meeting in Orlando FL (3/21-24). The early career session is a great opportunity for younger physicists to share their work, and the short orals session is great for sharing practical things you’re doing to improve workflows.

Submitted session proposals are a big source of meeting content, so if you have any ideas for a good session, please submit them. If you find yourself unimpressed with the programs at meetings, this is your chance to make them more relevant to your interests. Selfishly, good proposals make the job of the program directors easier too.

Session topics can range from fully baked ideas along the lines of “my site has done great work setting up a theranostics program and my colleagues at Oregon Health & Science University can fill a two hour session with talks on how we did it” to “I’d be interested in learning more about whatever that new CMS image quality requirement thing is. Please make Dustin Gress explain it to me” You only need to submit a brief description of a topic idea and don’t need to identify speakers, though you can put yourself down for presenting as well.

Submissions welcome in the diagnostic, mammography, and professional tracks.
(Submission is not a guarantee to get a session, as we often have to juggle content/timing/past offerings/required sessions/etc.)
