On the Alpha (same Somaris 10 software) in the expert scan mode when you set the tube angle for static acquisition – I discovered that for the A tube to be at 12 O’clock position you need to set the angle to 270 degrees. Setting it at 0 degrees puts the B tube at 12 O’clock. I would presume the same thing is true for the Pro Pulse and may be the source of this issue.

Good morning, all! I have a question for anyone out there has experience with the Siemens Pro. Pulse in service mode. I am trying to make static exposure measurements for kV and HVL. I align my sensor at isocenter and I get no reading at all.
Good morning, all!
I have a question for anyone out there has experience with the Siemens Pro.Pulse in service mode. I am trying to make static exposure measurements for kV and HVL. I align my sensor at isocenter and I get no reading at all. If I offset inferiorly by about 1 cm, I get a trigger, but the measurements don’t make sense. The image put up by the scanner is white circle, oddly enough. I’d be most grateful if someone can help me figure out what’s going on and how to fix it!
Best regards,
Doug
