If you are a board certified physicist interested in working at an outstanding academic medical center with 5 other Board Certified Physicists, 2 Associate Physicists, and a Medical Physics Assistant, please consider applying. Ideal qualifications include being a QMP for PET and SPECT, but we have some flexibility. Our practice is strongly focused on clinical support, with a host of opportunities to engage in many of the core concepts of Med Phys 3.0. We cover ~20 diagnostic CTs (including 2 PCCTs), 18 MRIs, 4 PET/CTs, a variety of Gamma Cameras, Y90 cases, all x-ray tubes (excluding OBIs), diagnostic US, and radiology monitor QC (we also are engaged in a variety of informatics efforts including radiology AI algorithms). We also teach radiology residents and hope to have a medical physics residency program started in the near future.

This posting requires board certification, but if there is a very strong board eligible candidate, we may be able to consider that individual (but would have to create a separate job posting).
