[Intl_DxMedPhys] Y90 microsphere/RPT process in Epic

Good luck! This has been on my wish list for our Epic deployment for 8 years!

We did get them to create a flow sheet though, that we enter the post admin information into. Its associated with the bremsstrahlung imaging. We put in target activity, delivered activity, average lobar dose, and dose to lungs for each WD. In Epic parlance, the physicists "protocol" those values in and they then get accepted by the nucs techs into the Flowsheet. We set it up for other RPTs as well:

Hi all

We are trying to move our Y90 microsphere therapy process from paper forms/excel sheets to Epic.

In brevity, we want to have the written directive in Epic, which will get sent to the various stakeholders to enter information and/or sign as the patient goes through the entire scheduling/planning/therapy process.

My Epic team is asking for an example of how this process can be modeled in Epic.

Has anyone successfully implemented such a process in Epic? I have talked to several people, and getting a written directive in Epic for simpler process RPTs like routine Pluvicto is as far as they have gotten. Any information on what processes/methods/epic team/etc you have used would be very helpful (and would likely be helpful for a lot of folks on the list)

Thanks

Joe
